A true trailblazer, Mr. Jain is passionate about transforming the agricultural landscape in India by introducing balanced nutrition in farming practices. He has been actively engaged in business development both within India and internationally, promoting the company’s innovative products.
With a rich entrepreneurial spirit and extensive cross-cultural exposure, Mr. Jain has worked as an International Regional Engineer at Weatherford International Limited in Houston, USA. His excellence has been recognized globally with various sponsored fellowships in the USA, Germany, and Italy during his engineering career.
Driven by a deep interest in renewable resources, Mr. Jain led a research project on Renewable Wind Energy at Glasgow University, Scotland. As a founding member of Formula Manipal, he and his team represented India at the prestigious Ferrari Fiorano SAE Competition in Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal University, Karnataka.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of R. M. Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., and Arihant Detergents Pvt. Ltd. with 30 years of experience. Under his dynamic leadership, R.M.C group has grown as one of the leading manufacturers of FMCG for Unilever in the country. He is the founder and Managing Director of B Roshanlal Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Indore He has 30 years of experience in supply chain and marketing of all types of chemicals like Sulfuric acid, Spent acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Caustic Soda Lye, Caustic Soda Flex etc. He is one of the largest suppliers of Sulfuric acid to the fertilizer industry in India.
He has established concrete business relationships with reputed corporate namely M/s Sterlite Industries Ltd. (Vedanta Group), M/s Birla Copper, M/s Grasim Industries Ltd., (Aditya Birla Group), M/s Ghari Detergent Ltd., M/s Hindustan Lever Ltd., etc., also engaged in manufacturing activities of acid slurry, dolomite powder.
